Research
My research lies at the intersection of data science, macroecology, and conservation biology, with a particular focus on the drivers of species diversity and distribution at broad spatial scales, especially in the context of global change. I have worked with a variety of free-living and parasitic organisms, but my emphasis is on addressing key knowledge gaps and testing relevant ecological hypotheses. Currently, I am investigating the causes and consequences of species niche differentiation, and how these differences influence species' responses to global change.
